In consultations, members of the Center for Democracy and Civic Life staff work collaboratively with students, staff, and faculty to integrate new civic learning and democratic engagement thinking and practices into existing programs, courses, services, and organizations. These consulting relationships include both short-term engagements to address specific opportunities and challenges, and long-term partnerships to design or redesign environments and practices in ways that empower people as co-creators and active participants.
