Center for Democracy and Civic Life Welcome Week Reception

Join Center for Democracy and Civic Life staff and affiliates to decorate cookies, make friendship bracelets, and play games. You will also learn about:

• Immersive leadership for social impact experiences (STRiVE and Alternative Spring Break);
• Conversation programs about local issues and national events (Changing Maryland, Civic Courage Journaling Project, and more);
• Opportunities to shape UMBC and your experience as a member of the campus community;
• Ways to engage in Election 2022.

This reception is for all students, staff, and faculty to come together, connect, and build community.
