At this gathering of participants in the Center for Democracy and Civic Life's Reflective Journaling project, we'll talk about people's responses to the following journal prompt:
“What is something you’re thinking about a lot right now? How are people important to you showing up in relation to your process of reflection?”
About the Reflective Journaling project: We're creating opportunities for individual reflection on personal experiences with important civic implications. UMBC student, faculty, staff, and alumni journal bearers respond to prompts from the Center by creating entries in their journals, and sometimes submitting photos of their entries to be shared publicly. This sharing can take the form of social media posts like this, art projects, or conversations at journal bearer gatherings.
