A conversation for UMBC staff and faculty about personal action, agency, influence, and power. This session will explore how you can use your personal power to impact the world around you. In addition to exploring resources and action steps, this session will take a close look at ways to get involved at UMBC and in Baltimore and Baltimore County.
This session is a part of the Cultivating Skills While Disrupting Racial Injustice mini-conference on inclusion and community-building hosted by the Division of Student Affairs. Faculty and staff members interested in participating can sign up HERE.
